Refund policy
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Fiona Cairns online shop, but if you receive a product that is not specified on your order or arrives damaged, please contact us via email at hello@fionacairns.com within 2 working days of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number, order date, name and delivery address, along with clear images of the product. Where a genuine error or damage has occurred, we will offer either a replacement or a refund for the affected product.
If your refund is accepted, we will refund to the original payment method used by you to make the online purchase within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@fionacairns.com. Once we have issued a refund, the ownership of the products will pass back to us (Fiona Cairns Ltd.). We may at our discretion allow you to keep the products.
Taste is a personal and subjective matter, we are therefore unable to offer refunds simply because a product does not meet your personal preference.
We cannot accept claims for products that have been purchased from any outlet other than the Fiona Cairns online shop. Please contact the outlet you purchased them from.
