Each cake is lovingly handmade, just for you, so please allow 3–5 working days for delivery.
As soon as your order has left our bakery, we’ll send a dispatch confirmation with tracking details, so you can follow its journey home to you.
We take great care with every parcel we prepare, so that opening it feels every bit as special as the beautifully delicious treats inside.
Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@fionacairns.com within 2 working days of delivery. Include your order number, name, delivery address, and clear photos of the product.
Where an error or damage is confirmed, we will offer areplacement or refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, contact us at hello@fionacairns.com.
Once a refund is issued, product ownership returns to us, although we may allow you to keep the items at our discretion.
